This is a continuation of the previous post! I couldn't find the file a second ago, but it mysteriously appeared! What luck. :)

This is just a little nibble of the things that I have been working on. Unfortunately, I am having a hard time posting due to the fact that I have started working on everyone's Christmas goodies!!! Since many of the gift receivers frequent this page it would be too risky for me to post them until after the big holiday!!! Hopefully I will continue to have little fun things to show for now. Enjoy and have a happy day!

Comic Creations

Here's the scoop! My friend Chris Chatel and I have had this somewhat brilliant idea! We have been "pen pals" for a little over two years now and we always come up with these silly adventures to tell one another. We like to take every day situations and put a "super" twist on it. That way every day is an adventure! Well, we want to take it further! Hurray!! So now we are creating a full blown comic strip! I am so completely jazzed about this! This last week our first assignment was to come up with a story and some rough character designs! These are mine. Though they are far from finished I am so excited about them! I hope that you enjoy them as much as I have.

A Work In Progress

Here I am again, trying something new. This little do-dad is giving me a little bit of trouble. I am not accustomed to working on the computer. Any suggestions would be absolutely wonderful!

Time For An Update!!

Hello All!

I figured it was about that time again. :) Above is another print...the first one I have done in color since.....graduation. Wow! That is awhile.

On to more important matters....Guess what?!! I got into a gallery! I got to actually hang my work on the wall this week. It was so thrilling! I feel like a real artist now... This is just the beginning too. I am so excited!!

Final Sculpture

This was a fun little project that I decided to do. I have had a whole box of sculpy sitting around for about a year now and I thought it was high time that it was used... The turn out was better than I expected!!! Good enough to share!

Lady In Lace

Waiting in Grey

My newest woodcut! These are the most addicting things that I have ever done.

I am sorry about the rather poor quality of these images. They looked great until I got them onto the internet!! Anyway, I am enjoying painting dragonflies and I found a lady that wants me to keep painting them for her store. It is a win-win situation for me. Hurray!

charcoal landscapes

Changing venues

I also painted these for fun. We have a lot of dragonflies in Gulf Breeze this year. Not so sure why.....

I just finished painting these! They are each 3'x5' tall!! It was the largest I have ever worked (which I thought would be more difficult, but it was just the opposite).

Summer days

Summer is here and I just couldn't resist!! I just had to paint some of the people on the beach. It is so nice this year. The tourists are finally coming back (it's been a few years) and there are no man-o-wars! Last year it was a bit of a problem. We couldn't get into the water all summer long!!

Book Cover

I think this might be the final?? I love the shadow people! I think that they are really fun!!

First Commission

This is my first official commission after graduation!!! I am so thrilled. Things are coming together even quicker than I imagined..... Happy thoughts!!!!

Thesis Continued

As promised, the images of thesis!!!!

Lost and Found

I was digging through old artwork again and look what I found!! Oh the beauty of moving!
